House Rules:

  • This is an ADULT ONLY property. All guests must be 21 or older. Sorry, we do not allow children, infants, or pets. No exceptions.

  • Reservation must be made by and for the guests that are staying. We do not accept 3rd party reservations made for someone else. (Gift cards can be purchased thru the website; however, the receiver of the gift card must make the reservation via the website and use it within 12 months of purchase.)

  • Check-in is 3pm - 8pm. Check out is 11am. Quiet time is between 10pm - 7:30am. Please respect these set times.

  • We do not allow guests when tents are individually rented. However, if you are renting both tents during your stay and receive host permission in advance, we will allow up to 4 adult guests. All ‘approved’ visitors must leave by 9pm. Children and pets (even just visiting) are not permitted. No exceptions.

  • Smoking (including all substitute forms and ‘Green Friendly’) is NOT allowed inside of or near the tents. Guests may smoke on the property outside and away from the tents. Please extinguish and dispose of your butts or blunts responsibly in the receptacles provided.

  • Common spaces are shared. We do not charge a cleaning fee.  Please be respectful of other quests during your stay and clean up after yourself.

  • Campfires are contingent on Skagit County regulated burn-ban guidelines and may not be available during your stay. If there is a Burn Ban in effect, no campfires will be allowed. Host will enforce all burn-ban restrictions at time of stay. No exceptions.

  • A small amount of firewood is provided, but please bring more if you enjoy a long evening out by the fire. Please DO NOT forage firewood from the forest! If you need more, chopped firewood can be supplied and/or purchased locally. Always extinguish the fire before retiring to your tent(s) for the evening.

  • Host will respect your privacy during your stay. Please be advised this is our main residence as well, so we ask that you do the same. Our shop, vehicles and trailers are private property and strictly off limits.

  • We do live in a very safe neighborhood, but unfortunately crime can happen anywhere! You are staying in a tent, so please lock all valuables in your car or take them with you while you are out. Host is not responsible for stolen items.

  • There are no stores/shops/dining safely within walking distance from our location. The nearest access to these (via car) is 4.2 miles into La Conner or 9.2 miles into Anacortes.  There are many more options in the surrounding towns/cities that can be reached within 20-30 min.

  • Liability Disclosure: Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness occurring while guests are on the property. Owners are not responsible for the loss or damage to the personal belongings, valuables or vehicle of guests or any guests you may invite over during your stay. A confirmed reservation is acknowledgement that you have read these House Rules and agree to all terms listed above.
